It is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all stakeholders of cooperative organizations seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge through our short-term training programs. Our institute is committed to empowering individuals within the cooperative sector, providing them with the tools and expertise necessary to excel in their roles. The institute is accredited with “A” grade by Centre for Professional Excellence (C-PEC), BIRD, NABARD.
At NICM, we understand the unique needs of cooperative organizations and offer a comprehensive range of training programs tailored to meet those needs. With over 100 programs conducted annually and reaching more than 3000 trainees each year, we take pride in our extensive reach and impact within the cooperative community. Whether conducted on-campus or on-location, our programs are designed to provide practical, hands-on experiences that foster growth and development. The institute also offers consultancy services from conducting written exam to interview and promotion test. In addition to our training programs, we also facilitate field visits and exposure trips to provide participants with real-world insights and practical exposure to industry best practices. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our green campus, where participants can avail of hostel and mess facilities, ensuring a comfortable and conducive learning environment.
