He embarked on his journey at Gujarat Agriculture University as an Agriculture Officer, gradually ascending through the ranks across various esteemed organizations. Notably, his tenure at the Gujarat Cooperative Oilseeds Growers Federation (GROFED) under the NDDB project saw him excel as an Area Manager, Assistant Executive, and Executive, significantly contributing to the successful execution of agricultural projects.
Transitioning seamlessly, he dedicated over two decades to The Gujarat State Cooperative Bank (GSCB), assuming the pivotal role of Chief Officer in the Agriculture division. Here, he orchestrated collaborative efforts with entities like PACS, DCCBs, NABARD, and governmental bodies, overseeing multifaceted banking operations. His profound expertise spans project lending, agriculture finance, non-farm sector credit, and agriculture extension, endowing him with the ability to impart invaluable wisdom and mentorship to students and participants. As a faculty member at NICM-SJPI, his extensive background and insight-rich experience promise to enrich the academic environment significantly.
