MBA Sem III Induction
Event Name: MBA Sem III Induction Programme
Event Coordinators: Dr. Chaitali Shah and Dr. Zalak Trivedi.
Details of Event: A three-day Induction Programme for MBA Semester III students was organized from 17th to
19th August 2026 to facilitate students’ transition from their internship experience to the
academic requirements of Semester III. The programme commenced an inaugural address and
interaction with the Director, followed by Career Profiling and Aptitude Assessment to help
students identify their strengths, interests and suitable career directions. Students also
participated in a SIP Experience Sharing Session, where they reflected on key challenges,
learnings and practical insights gained during their internships. An expert session on the
Importance of AI in Industry 4.0 by Dr. Krunal Joshi familiarized students with emerging
technological trends.
The second day focused on Resume Writing and LinkedIn Profile Development conducted by
Dr. Parul Bhati, along with guidance on MOOC courses and continuous learning opportunities.
The final day included a Skill Development Workshop and a career talk on Future Skills and
Industry Expectations. The programme concluded with mentor counselling for specialization
selection, enabling students to make informed academic and career choices based on their
interests, aptitude and career aspirations.

Students’ Feedback
Students found the three-day induction programme engaging and helpful in preparing them for Semester III and their future careers. The Career Profiling and Aptitude Assessment helped them understand their strengths, interests and career direction, while the SIP Experience Sharing Session provided practical insights into workplace challenges and learning. Students appreciated the Resume Writing and LinkedIn Workshop for its practical guidance on professional profiles and career preparation. The sessions on AI in Industry 4.0, future skills and industry expectations enhanced their awareness of emerging workplace trends. Guidance on MOOC courses encouraged continuous learning, while the mentor counselling session helped students make informed decisions regarding specialization selection. Overall, students appreciated the programme for its practical approach, expert guidance and personalized mentoring.
