Aakar: Shaping Skills
The students of NICM-SJPI are shaped and made ready for the placements through various skill-building initiatives such as basic English language, basic computers, preparing team leaders, enhancing abilities, body language, grooming, mock interviews, mock group discussion, communication skills, public speaking, self-awareness, goal orientation, aptitude, and resume building. The skill-building activities are conducted round the year for a period of two years.
