Dr. Anushree Mehta

Assistant Professor

Dr. Anushree Mehta is serving as an Assistant Professor at Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Business Management and Computer Applications (SJPI), Gandhinagar. Dr. Anushree Mehta is a recipient of prestigious post-doctoral fellowship from ICSSR, Ministry of Education. Dr. Mehta was on sabbatical for two years to pursue her post-doctoral fellowship. Prior joining to SJPI, Dr. Mehta was a research assistant at MICA- The school of Ideas. She has a rich experience of more than 12+ years in teaching and research. Her academic areas of interest are Human resource Management, Organization Behaviour and Strategic Human Resource Management. Dr. Mehta has authored several research papers in the ABDC/ABS and Scopus Index journals. She is also serving as a reviewer for the ABDC/ABS journals. She has also contributed to book chapters and conferences of national and international repute. Dr. Mehta has imparted training for the topics like research methodology, data analysis using SPSS, AMOS and SMARTPLS, and how to write research papers for premier journals.
