The Training and Placement Cell orchestrates a myriad of activities to prepare the students for their careers. These include orientation programs, industrial visits, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, as well as motivation and leadership sessions. Coaching is provided in social skills, etiquette, and international protocol. To further enhance the students' readiness, mock interviews, and tailored soft skills training are imparted.
